Can you work as a nurse before passing NCLEX?

In 2021 and hereafter you cannot work as a RN without passing NCLEX, it’s against the law, in most if not all states. You will need to have passed your NCLEX-RN to have your RN license, so if you say you are a RN and you are not, you are lying.
